| The work below is a sampling of the graphics work done over the years. It's a good representation of the work done for business and corporations. These are all custom designs to aid in branding these businesses. Brand Management is an important concept in marketing a business is used successfully by many major corporations in the world like Coca-Cola and Nike. Use the Contact Page for consultation on managing your brand or brands. |
This logo designed in 2008 from a purchased clipart. The eagle wing lengthened to accomodate the Elite letters above it. Slanted the letters forward to give Elite a sense of forward motion, leaning into the wind. The owner is an avid Harley fan and rides frequently, loves Eagles and wanted one integrated into his brand logo.

Designed in 2004, this logo is for the South Texas Institute of Mental Health Research project at University of Texas at San Antonio. This logo is designed using the same font as UTSA's logo and set up to look similar at the request of the Principal Investigator. The state outline of Texas encircled with the three colors of the flag of Texas as well as the colors of the US Flag and a gold South Texas was picked out of several designs.
I designed this logo in addition to a brand featuring the State of Texas graphic encircled by the words South Texas Initiative for Mental Health Research with two stars on each side at center of graphic. All of this is original work completely custom designed from scratch. The State of Texas was generated by GIS software. |

The logo to the left
was designed in 2001 for the Roosevelt County Website. The black
and white portion of this logo was scanned from a business card
and filtered to solidify the choppy black lines. It was then tilted
back to give it a 3-D effect. The b&w image was cleaned up a
bit, eliminating stray spots.
A yellow zia was created
and added behind the scanned image. Initially, many different styles
of zia's were created as this logo was crafted. The new and current logo of Roosevelt County incorporates the same design with an updated look. |

| The Clovis Youth Soccer
Association logo is adopted as the
CYSA's official logo in 2001. The CYSA is a non-profit organization and almost
100% of the work done on the logo and website is complimentary. An
opportunity to give something back to the community. My original work
done on website has been almost completely modified by current web developer.
Some of the work I did remains, the basic structure and some of the graphics. The yellow zia may look familiar (see above). The concept is the same,
but the design is a unique rendition. |

This Curry County logo
is a design I did in 2002 toying again with the zia idea. I thought,
what the heck, why not try to craft something different. Seems like
every zia design has been done so I really struggled to do something
different.
The bars of this zia
are two different colors, which represent the diversity of people
in curry county. They are intertwined to represent the strength
in the cooperation of the diverse population. Unfortunately, I could
not interest the powers that be in Curry County government to purchase
the design nor a new website which they so desperately need. |

| This design was done as
part of a class project in a systems design class at Eastern New Mexico
University. The design below it was the design we ultimately accepted
to represent our systems design group known as Superior Systems Solutions.
The S-cubed idea is awesome but the logo unfortunately didn't make
the final cut. |
 |
| These two logos were two
out of about 8 designs for the systems development class mentioned
above. My personal choice is not presented here. However, this logo
here was the overwhelming choice of the group. |
 |
| Designed this one for
the photography business my sister and I intended to engage in Eastern
New Mexico and West Texas. Unfortunately, my urge to move back into
deep south Texas was too strong and that didn't come to pass. The
butterfly idea was hers. The background on this one is transparent
which is easy to do. It is a nice logo though, and I thought I'd share
it with anyone who was willing to look at it. Thanks for lookin! |
