The Culture and Policy Institute (CPI)- Developed several sites for CPI beginning early Nov 2004. Extensive development on a new website for mental health research in mid-2005. Managed several junior web developers on the sites at UTSA's CPI. Worked heavily on the navigational menu at left as well as general page design. Used Geographical Information Systems (GIS) tools for this organization. Attended GIS training at ESRI in San Antonio, TX to use their software for mapping in a project studying one of the poorest neighborhoods in the United States, San Antonio's West side.

Used large printers to print out GIS maps relevant to presentations and proposals made to funding agencies including non-profits and government agencies. Used various layers involved in GIS to construct complex maps featuring locations of offices, banks, pawn shops, Section 8 apartment complexes, and various boundaries within San Antonio and Bexar County. This site completed in Fall of 2005.
